Luna Moth

The luna moth's long, trailing wings exemplify her elegant style.  She's known for taking long flights through the crisp night air, enjoying the forest by the glow of the moon and stars.

Our luna moth is based on the real-life animal that can be found throughout much of the eastern and midwestern regions of North America.  Our luna moth is made of a short-pile minky fabric with reenforced wings to help them maintain their shape, as well as allow them to flap.  The luna moth has a cheerful expression, and a pair of pale yellow antennae that stick up from her head.  Her wings have green and burgundy patterns with long, trailing tails on her back set of wings.
